Here’s some eye candy from a beautiful Virginia barn wedding with beautiful Bride Justine and her groom Zach captured by Shannon Moffit Photography. We love the warm vibes coming from the jewel tones, our rich farm tables, and soft candlelight here? You can invite us to a fete like this anyway! We custom made the Meridian Pergola for this wedding to match the reclaimed wood farm tables and overall aesthetic of this lovely fall wedding.
Equestrian wedding friends, I see this being pinned a million times! 🙂
Why hello there, Grayson Bar!
…Okay, I owe a lot to Zach, my husband for constructing this incredible pergola from reclaimed barn beams. Huge, thick, heavy, BEAUTIFUL barn beams. He is a master of taking reclaimed wood and figuring out a way to create structures that are not only stunning…but are movable. We are incredibly proud of this pergola and can’t wait to see it used at events in 2017. Thank you, Zach for making this happen! Our reclaimed wood Classic farm tables + candles= PERFECTION!
Cheers to you, Justine and Zach! Congratulations on a gorgeous wedding and best wishes for many happy years to come!

We are suckers for any and all holiday festivities so we were definitely in seventh heaven at Holly Chapple’s Hope Flower Farm Holiday Open House in Waterford, Virginia. Every year, Holly decks out her barn in festive foliage and invites local artisans to sell their wares to the public at her Holiday Open House…and of course, she is selling her stunning arrangements and wreaths as well. Maybe we’re biased, but something about our reclaimed barnwood farm tables in a barn with beautiful holiday flowers is just about perfect in our book. If you are in the area, you have to check out this Holiday Open House for a good dose of holiday cheer and some local Loudoun County wine from Fabioli Cellars, too!
Check out our Etoile Graywashed farm table and our Crossback chairs in this gorgeous photo! This is the money shot by Elizabeth Fogarty Photography. We think this combo would be perfect for a wedding head table or event a long sweetheart table.
Copper Tolix Chairs + our Provence Whitewashed Farm Tables= heart eyes all around!
So rich, so warm. Here is one of our Classic Farm Tables looking picture-perfect with our Palmer Garden Chairs.
Happy Holidays and lots of love to all our clients! We are so excited for all the creative events we have booked in 2017!

We wanted thank our incredible SVR Delivery Team to thank them for the 200+ events they worked in 2016, so we hosted a holiday dinner in our SVR warehouse and invited them to bring their families. Our delivery team has gone the extra mile to make renting with SVR a top notch experience, so it’s the least we can do to show our appreciation with some delicious food and festivities. One of our crew members’ wife Vonya Lee owns HomecookedDC, so we asked her to cater the dinner—and let me tell you, her fried famous chicken, mac n’ cheese, and roasted veggies were OUT OF THIS WORLD! But that fried chicken, I’m telling you, it is the best I’ve ever tasted! Thank you to Homecooked DC for their help and to the SVR Delivery Team for all of their hard work this year.
Check out our styled table set up and lounges below!
We used some of our upholstered seating in jewel tones and golds for eclectic seating for our long farm tables. Not sure you y’all, but we adore this look! It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with our industrial rentals, and our Pratt card catalog is one of my favs! So happy to finally get to feature him!
Here’s to a fantastic 2016 and a 2017 that’s for the record books!

When fabulous boss ladies Kerra Heurta from Aptenvy and Mariella Cruzado of Splendor Styling asked us to help deck out their #Likeaboss party at Long View Gallery in Washington DC to celebrate local female entrepreneurs, we were happy to suggest some of our pretty upholstered rentals in pinks, reds, merlots, and other jewel-tones for the Diet Coke-sponsored bash. The party was a huge success with over 300 people in attendance and fab photographer Laura Metlzer managed to snag some shots before the guests arrived. Check out some of our upholstered lounges, zinc tables, and bars below–especially our new pink Shirley Chairs. We are in love with the curved lines on these ladies!
We could never turn down a party favor with pretty packaging like this!
This is one of my personal favorite couches, the Alice. Isn’t her carved, natural wood trim insanely beautiful?
Our lovely Tiffany looking beautiful at the party! Thank you for asking Something Vintage Rentals to be a part of this bash–we had a great time!

WOW! is all we can say about this incredible wedding at the George Washington National Memorial Wedding last spring that was just published in Washingtonian Bride and Groom featuring our Provençe whitewashed farm tables and Etoile Gray Pedestal Farm Tables. Annnd let’s just have a collective ooooohhh ahhh for the stunning bride Meng and her dress by Galia Lahav Haute Couture. We’re so excited to show you these photos by the talented Elizabeth Fogarty Photography. This wedding was planned and styled by Vicky at Heirloom DC and we were honored to be a part of it. And let’s give a hand to our rocking delivery crew who climbed 5 flights of stairs with our farm tables to make this happen!
Say hello to our linen Carlyle settee which made her debut here! Meng–you are stunning!
Heirloom DC did a wonderful job on this spread on our reclaimed wood farm table! The bride wanted to feature seasonal fare, so they use a ton of fresh spring food.
I love their escort card set up as well on our Rhone whitewashed pedestal tables. Sometimes simple and clean is the name of the game.
And these are the money shots of our Provençe whitewashed farm tables looking hot with these Louis ghost chairs. I’ve never seen these two paired together but I adore the way they look. Heirloom DC slayed it with this wedding!! We can’t wait to do more weddings and events at this incredible venue!
Congratulations to Meng and Albert!!

This blush and gold wedding at the bride’s family property in Luray, VA was an absolute fairytale! When Grit & Grace asked us to provide church pews, vintage mismatched china, teacups, and vintage lounge furniture for this wedidng, of course we were overjoyed to help! We also custom built a 10 ft cross from reclaimed wood that my husband Zach installed for the ceremony site, with the idea that it would resemble an outdoor church with the white vintage pews. Yes, he in his constant sarcasm, made a number of comments about carrying it up hill to the site where he would install it.
Our Victorian Pews really shined in the gorgeous setting and with all of those incredible flowers by Holly Chapple. This is one of our favorite weddings with our church pews to date! The blush, white, and lavendar flowers against our white church pews for this wedding were just over the top incredible. Holly Chapple and her Chapple Designers hit it out of the park, as always!
We love it when clients choose our vintage china and teacups because we have a soft spot in our heart for them. Collecting mismatched china was how I started Something Vintage in 2012, so it’s a bit sentimental for me….and I never get tired of looking at the intricate patterns and how they contrast and compliment each other.
This is one of the vintage place settings using our dinner plates, tea cups and saucers.
Brittney and Ben decided to put their vintage lounge furniture around their insanely gorgeous dance floor. We love this idea because it gives older guests who may want a more plush place to recline a front seat to the dancing action.
Congratulations to Brittney and Ben!
