Photoshoot Policies

  • Items for photoshoots are complimentary if under $250.  Anything over this will be charged at the 50 percent off rate.  In exchange for the discount, we ask the following:
    • You post at least two pictures of the photoshoot on social media and tag Something Vintage Rentals @smthingvintage
    • Any and all vendor posts of the photoshoot must tag Something Vintage Rentals on social media.
    • Images must be shared with Something Vintage within three months after the shoot for use in marketing materials.
    • Something Vintage Rentals is credited as a vendor in any publication in which the photoshoot gets published.
  • For this discounted rate, the photoshoot must meet the following criteria:
    • No person/vendor should be making a profit off of shoot (ie engagement shoots, workshops etc)
    • Be shot by a professional photographer
    • Orders must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the shoot date
  • Items must be picked up from the Something Vintage warehouse.  If you are renting large items such as farm tables and upholstered furniture, a covered vehicle like a box box truck or van must be used.  These pieces must be secured with ratchet straps and moving blankets.  The upholstered items will come in shrink wrap and must be returned the same way, wrapped in protective plastic wrap.
  • If damage occurs during rental, client must pay for cleaning or repair or if the items needs to be replaced, the replacement cost as determined by Something Vintage Rentals.
  • Items must be picked up and delivered during the time arranged by vendor and Something Vintage Rentals during our warehouse loading dock hours M-F 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM.
  • Items must be treated with utmost care and love.  They are our babies!  Do not stand, jump, or treat them in an inappropriate manner.
